The Philippine Drug and Cosmetics Agency (PDA) has issued a public health safety alert about the risk of using the drug Celebrex® (celecoxib). This drug is indicated to treat osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, acute pain, and pain associated with the use of NSAIDs.
